Curt Straub of Aquatic Consultants provides: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Negotiation, Mediation, Arbitration Services
Dispute mediation is a conflict resolution method that involves a neutral third party, called a mediator, who helps the disputing parties reach a collaborative agreement on their own. Curt Straub can act as a mediator to facilitate negotiations, and he can help define and help both parties understand the issues, to assist and encourage creative problem-solving, to resolve issues between pool contractors, homeowner, and/or commercial entities. The process is non-binding, meaning the parties must voluntarily agree to recommended resolutions, and it is typically less formal, faster, and less costly than arbitration or litigation in a courtroom.
