All “normal, local, and in-house” support expenses and equipment including auto, administrative office equipment and supplies, are included in the established hourly rates. All “abnormal, and/or out-of-‘town” travel (air fare,· ground travel, and vehicle rental), accommodations, per Diem”, photography, video,. communication, Delivery, and all contract and vendor expenses will be paid in advance, or billed at cost plus ten percent.
