All “normal, local, and in-house” support expenses and equipment including auto, administrative office equipment and supplies, are included in the established hourly rates. All “abnormal, and/or out-of-‘town” travel (air fare, ground travel, and vehicle rental), accommodations, per Diem”, photography, video,. communication, Delivery, and all contract and vendor expenses will be paid in advance or billed at-cost, plus ten percent. Invoices will be due and payable upon receipt, and/or, at the completion of each phase. of service.
